"This resort was beautifully situated in the hills. Although futher away from the busy city center, it was a perfect place to retreat. All of the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. One of the staff, Quy, carted us to and from our room and gave recommendations as to where to go and various food options. The breakfast options varied but were all very tasty. We loved our stay at this property and highly recommend it. "

"We loved our stay at Jade Hill. The cabins are comfortable and peaceful, away from the city centre. Incredible views! Schedule for shuttle system to town is not that convenient with only 3 per day. "Amazing Hotel Sapa is a very comfortable, spacious hotel close to the center of Sapa town, with spectacular views overlooking the terraced rice fields and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very good. The only downside for us -- though this may be true for all of the hotels in town -- is that the narrow streets of Sapa have become choked with traffic, which made it occasionally difficult to arrange pickup at the hotel entrance."
