"Amazing Hotel Sapa is a very comfortable, spacious hotel close to the center of Sapa town, with spectacular views overlooking the terraced rice fields and surrounding mountains. Breakfast was very good. The only downside for us -- though this may be true for all of the hotels in town -- is that the narrow streets of Sapa have become choked with traffic, which made it occasionally difficult to arrange pickup at the hotel entrance."

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "For traveller who looking for halal food in vietnam this is the right hotel to stay..location is good not far from Cat-Cat Village as well as to shopping area. The room big and very comfortable..with 2 queen size bed..can fix around 5-6 people. Breakfast not much choice. "

"First time in all our years of travelling that we checked in to a hotel, then promptly sought out another one and forfeited our paid booking to check-in elsewhere. Our room looked nothing like the glossy photos. It was unclean and several walls and places on the ceiling were covered in mould. Reception gave no response when we told them we were checking out and going elsewhere as the room was unclean. "
