"We had an excellent time at this hotel. The staff was beyond helpful and nice. Rooms were super clean. We got the basic room, but it was larger than we expected and just fine for three nights. Great location in the heart of the city. Our only complaint was the temperature of the room at night. We had to open the window because it was so hot. The gym was also very hot and had limited equipment. It had three cardio machines and a set of hand weights (only Up to 10 kg). "

"The room was very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were greeted warmly and they answered all of our tourist questions. The bathroom and bedroom were spacious and quiet. It was an easy walk to lots of restaurants. I Highly recommend this hotel. "

"The ambiance and indoor was really great and friendly staff. Only thing which we suffered with was extremely hot indoors. We asked for air conditioning which was apparently not possible when the building heating is on. It was really hard for us to sleep as we were boiling hot. The kind staff helped us open window (which we could not by ourselves since the city bylaw does not allow people to open windows). but that did not help"
