"Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. "The main reason for giving a 10 is that the room was excellent. It was a very modern, boutique style room with really comfy bed and luxurious duvet, and the shower was spacious with a waterfall head as well as a separate shower handle. But also, we received a warm welcome from the staff on reception, including a spicy chocolate drink handed to us. There were issues with the shower ( too hot ) which were sorted out by staff. Had dinner and breakfast - both good, tasty food. I was disappointed not to be able to have a swim as part of my stay at the hotel. The website i booked on tells potential customers that there is a charge for breakfast but does not say that there is a charge to use the pool / spa. Thank you...

"Lovely little apartment in the centre of the city. The apartment is very basic and the bedrooms are small, but it's clean and staff are lovely. It has everything you need for a short stay in Liverpool. The only negative is that the sofa and chairs in the living room are very hard and incredibly uncomfortable - so not ideal if you want an evening in, or if you have children and are tied to the apartment in the evenings. "
