"Good location, spacious rooms. About a 10 minute walk into town and right opposite the station. Quiet hotel, very quiet rooms. Didn’t love the interior upstairs much, felt very hospital like. Good view of the mountains. Big negative point was We stayed for 3 nights and there was no housekeeping to clean our room a single day besides on the 1st day when we asked a few times for someone to clear the bins. We mentioned the rest of the days before leaving for someone to clean but nothing was done...

"We stayed one night in September 2024. Room 286 has a balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains. Geraniums line the deck railing. The room is beautifully designed with plenty of space for your things and it is very well lit. Above the usual care was taken with the lighting, the ceiling painted detail above the bed and the photograph mural on one wall. The best room we have stayed in on this three week trip. Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. Can’t wait to go back! "

"I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible. "
