"An excellent base for our family trip to Innsbruck. Great location, a little out of the hustle of the city but easily walkable and with excellent transport links to all attractions & the airport. Attractive decor in communal areas and a good size room. The views are brilliant of this gorgeous city. We would definitely recommend a stay here. "

"What a beautiful hotel! I can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay here! The view from the property and our room was stunning! The location was a convenient 10 minute walk to the train station! The pools and spa area are an absolute bonus to staying here! The continental breakfast was unreal, the perfect way to start your day! We arrived a bit early and couldn’t check into our room, but the front desk held onto our luggage for us as we explored the town! We will definitely be back! "

"The location is nice and the on-site parking is important. I don't think there should be extra charges for parking every day if you are staying in the hotel for 4 days. The room cleaning was only restocking towels and making beds. They don't vacuum or take out the trash. Also, there was hair throughout the room, on the ground by the bed, on the chair, in bathroom sink and tub so not cleaned before I got there or while I was staying there. But a nice place for a short stay and a decent price."

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was nice to have a patio and a view of the mountains while eating a delicious breakfast. They were able to book our Zugspitze tickets which was helpful as the website was confusing. We were lucky to have a beautiful day. They said to wait and see if you can see the mountains in the morning, and if you can then come to the front desk and they'll book your tickets. Make sure you give yourself the whole day. It is amazing and quite an adventure!"

"The hotel has an amazing view, my room, sauna and restaurant. The restaurant has a processor and provide fresh veggies to be made into juice which is a wonderful delight. Only wish the hotel can provide more towels I went to the service point room to get more towels "
