"An excellent option prior to boarding our cruise. Numerous dinner options within walking distance. A mall is also available that includes a “Walmart” type store; able to pick up SPF. Hotel was beautiful, nice lobby bar. Able to store luggage with early arrival. Desk staff was knowledgeable, friendly and spoke English easily. Highly recommend. "

"I felt it was a modern part of the city. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops, it definitely felt safe. The hotel was beautiful with a grand lobby and nice restaurants. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were super helpful and polite. "

"I had a run-in with a staff member who was a Middle Eastern man of about 35 to 45 maybe 5'8 who stopped me at the door when I was trying to come into the hotel one night. I was filming content for my Travel blog, When he stopped me, he became very agitated and aggressive. I did not appreciate this. I am heavily tattooed and have a younger look in regards to the way I dress and it seemed like he thought I did not belong there. I was offended."

"The front desk was extremely helpful and spoke English. He stored our bags, no charge. The lobby was spacious with seating and free coffee. I would return. My minor complaint was the hotel plumbing was under repair and caused the bathroom sink to clog. Also, the AC was not cold."
