"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "It’s a 4* hotel with a 5* service that was as good as I have experienced in a long time. All the staff were Mauritian and the difference is so noticeable that when you go to other non-Beachcomber hotels where much of the staff is seasonably imported and the standards are so poor. The location in Gran Baie was excellent for all the northern trips. The beach was nice. The A La Carte was exceptional. But the best benefit was you could use all the facilities and restaurants of the local sister...

"The Hotel had been renovated a couple of weeks ago, so everything is OK in the room and all the staff is abdolutely adorable and available. A 6th star should be awarded to the whokr team.
