"Great hotel "

"Everything was perfect except miss sheetal at the reception lacks customer service skills. I was a resident of the hotel for 2 nights and on my last night at the hotel my elderly parents who cannot walk comfortably, i decided to accompany them to their room. She told me not to accompany my parents because its the company policy that strangers do not need to have access to other client’s room. My mom told her both are my daughters are residing in the hotel even that she insisted not to accompany my parents whereas it didnt create any problem when my sister checked in on the same day and i accompanied her. Also, my parents could have been given a ground floor room instead of a first floor room. But overall our stay was a nice experience."

The resort's scenic surroundings made for some unforgettable memories, whether we were exploring the area, lounging by the pool, or enjoying the activities on offer. Every detail seemed thoughtfully curated to ensure our comfort. Special thanks to the extremely helpful and friendly staff at the AR Bars, La Citronelle Lakaz Indigo beach restaurant deer hunter receptions, boat house staff and the ski team !! It's a place we would gladly return to and highly recommend. "

"This hotel is a little gem on the west coast of Mauritius. All the staff on reception, in the restaurant, in housekeeping and all other staff were always welcoming, friendly and happy to assist you and give you information about the area. Recommend hiring a car which allows you to explore the area. We drove down to the Black River gorge which was amazing, definitely recommend a visit there. The hotel have details of a great company that delivers & collects the car for you. If you are looking for a small friendly hotel in a peaceful location, with a lovely restaurant overlooking the sea, I would thoroughly recommend the Voile Bleue. "

"Very nice place to rest and enjoy sea and pool with the family. The amenities part for kids and teenagers is not in the best condition. "

"This property is located in a beautiful beachfront neighborhood of the Island. I traveled solo and felt extremely safe. Security guards were surrounded the area 24/7. I was welcomed by a gorgeous and well spoken front desk staff named Fatima. Fortunately, she gave me the best room facing the ocean and it has a balcony. The air conditioning worked perfectly and I had breakfast delivered to my room daily. I highly recommended this property if you ever decided to visit the island of Mauritius. A shoutout to Vrishna for helping me with everything I needed. "
