"Staff, facilities, and location was amazing. Roof top bar is a must see. Biggest issue which made this a four star is that music from the rooftop bar was so loud, it sounded like someone was pounding on the walls and making our bed vibrate despite being 2 floor down from it. Noise is a known issue for the staff as we were given a warning about it at check in and actually waited for a different room that was promised to be quieter but unfortunately was not.
