"Loved the shuttle option. The pool was beautiful along with the setting. The staff seemed to lack communication and although they were not very busy during our stay the breakfast service was slow but still nice. When we arrived we had to ask for the soap dispensers to get fixed since they weren't working but as soon as we asked they got repaired. "

"Arrived after dark and it was impossible to locate. Next day found property off the boardwalk. Only sign was a 6x12 in sign on a post. Only found it by waljing the boardwak twice. See picture. No parking even remotely close. Long narrow wooden walkway through sand. Impossible for elderly or handicap to navigate with bags. No check in area. No personnel on property. Found out that I was supposed to be emailed with a lockbox code to obtain a room key. Did not get that email. Did get email...
