"The Hotel is perfectly located, very close to most of the truistic places. I booked tickets for the Opera and Concerts and they were just 10 to 15 walking. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. They also keep my luggage for a few days while I had a trip to Budapest and Hallstatt. The staff was fantastic. "

"AC is a bit weak, even though we turned max but it was still so warm in the room. The time we were there temperature outside was cold 2-10 degree but it was warm inside the room and I turned max cold for AC but it didn't really work. Plus the blanket was too thick for spring, we sweat every night lol. Other than that, everything is fine. "

"My group loved the rooms, the unusually style, the layout and mostly the excellent shower. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a short walk to either a tram stop, underground station or bus stop but not too much of a walk into the main city centre. Breakfast was great, there were so many things to choose from and always pity of food available."
