"Very clean and comfortable hotel. Very close to the main road and all the surrounding areas at the center of Ubud. We stayed here twice. Rooms were quiet, clean and fresh. Good amount of space. "I enjoyed the location of the property. There was security who stopped everyone who entered so my partner and I felt safe. The staff and service was great for the entirety of our stay. We went to our room and saw that it didn’t have a bathtub, the whole reason we booked with this property and they were quick to accommodate us. The staff was very friendly, always greeting us whenever they saw us. The breakfast was nice and they were always bringing out fresh food. The pools were well maintained....

"Property is beautiful and staff is very welcoming and friendly. The spa services are amazing. The downside is the rooms and spa are hard to get to due to a broken lift. You have to walk down many flights of stairs to get to the spa and lower rooms. It is not handicap accessible at all. Additionally when we checked in our room was overbooked so they said they “ upgraded” us to a room with a better view of the jungle. However this meant we had to climb down more stairs and the room was smaller...

"Comfortable large rooms with great customer service but beware that it is positioned on the side of a hill and there are stairs. If you have limited mobility not an option due to stairs and bath/shower that was difficult to get in if your on the short side. Umbrellas provided but use caution as walkways can be slippery if raining. Ample breakfast spread. I did the wood carving which was made a bit more difficult using mango wood, unable to do the cooking class as chef not available for morning....

Staff were very nice and friendly. Takes about a 10 minute walk to the main road where all the shops and dining options are. Gets pretty dark at night since there are no street lamps. Some part of the streets have barely any sidewalks so that was a challenge. Other than that, stay was pretty good. "
