"I had a lovely stay! One thing I might recommend, is making the opening times for the bar/breakfast area more visible, there were a few times when we checked for cocktails and it wasn't open. Other than that, 10/10 stay! Thank you very much! "

From the moment I arrived, Edi and his team were super welcoming and friendly, even giving me a free fruit plate, tea and a foot massage on arrival !! "Accommodation booked through Expedia when hotel was closed and remains closed , borders are closed and several months later I still don’t have my refund . I am still awaiting my refund from hotel and Expedia . Refund should have been instant as soon as they learned hotel was not even open ? Shame on you Expedia !"

"The rooms are really dirty, the bathrooms are pretty disgusting and our bed sheets had mold on them. I felt really bad for the workers who were there when we checked in but we ended up having to leave because the conditions of the room were just really awful and the owners seem very aware of it. "

"The staff was amazing, very kind and always around to help with huge smiles . The food in the restaurant was pretty disappointing though, I ended up ordering out or just not eating almost every night I was there. The welcome book mentioned a fully stocked mini bar but there was no such thing anywhere in my villa. The remote for my air conditioning broke twice. I loved my private pool and villa but this is definitely a budget accommodation . If you have the cash stay somewhere near central Ubud."
