Everything was great, reception , service, restaurant, gym, spa ….. we loved it so much we did not leave to do any site seeing as we were so relaxed and pampered wherever we went. Very professional front desk , and spa receptionists are so accommodating. We ordered a package to be delivered there two weeks before our arrival date to the hotel and they took it and kept for us, they even placed the package in our room before arriving there. "First off, Cortona is BEAUTIFUL AND AMAZING! Such an amazing old walled city to walk, photograph and enjoy! Second, this property is one of the most beautiful and ancient places I’ve ever stayed! The halls and rooms were stunning. Old stone and iron everywhere. We stayed in the top room with the terrace. Oh man, I just can’t tell you how beautiful and fun this stay was. "Pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Admiral Palace. The physical hotel is a bit dated (only sit down tub, no functional shower); but they keep it up very well. The hotel restaurant is excellent with unique menu items. Nice pool facilities. "

The room was quite hot and the aircon didn’t cool it down well, and I don’t think it had been thoroughly cleaned - there were empty shampoo & body wash containers on top of the shower head from the previous guest, and there were a few hairs on the toilet seat. The bed was comfy though. "

"This property is so beautiful and the food at the resturant was fantastic. Our only complaint was the spa, the sauna was great, but the hottub was lukewarm and there was so much chlorine it made our eyes burn and we had to get out almost immediately. Otherwise a perfect experience!"
