The room was very quiet and private, with great working electricity, plumbing, and AC, although the wifi was not that great. "Great location, very comfortable room, many breakfast options, really appreciated having a view. My only complaint is that our internet service was very slow. I guessing it is because we were one of the furthest rooms from the lobby. I highly recommend this hotel and if you are lucky enough to stay there, I recommend the Osteria a Priori for dinner. It is across from the hotel and the food is delicious."

"Beautiful country house with stunning views and beautiful gardens . My room had a spa tub that was perfect after a long day of exploring nearby Assisi and Perugia. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and cappuccinos. Grounds offer many spots to sit, relax and take in the views. Although the house is located on a main road ( traffic noise during the day) it was very quiet at night. "

Very close to main historical square- about 200 metres lower , mostly on escalators, through an array of historical tunnels which would be a high priced attraction anywhere else in Italy. If coming by train, catch the excellent and novel Mini Metro from the end of platform one. Get off at Pincetto and head right and mostly downhill. The hotel is about 200 m away from the stop. Use your phone."
