"Absolutely wonderful room- king bed with private hot spring bath ( room 1127). Wonderful amenities, goodies, drinks in fridge, etc. spacious, clean, well appointed. Half board very fun! Discount tickets for Edo Wonderland. So much fun!! Only 30 minutes to Nikko sightseeing- we had a private driver take us around for the day. Highly recommend 3 nights! One to rest up, one to spend the day at Edo Wonderland, one to enjoy NIKKO. Very relaxing with history and culture, we really enjoyed this area!...

I wanted to reach out through Expedia but that didn’t work either. On Expedia the room details were false. The photos did not match the room we got. We requested a non smoking room and ended up getting a smoking room. When we asked the staff they sprayed a air freshener in the room which didn’t do anything.
