"The Rooms were NOT at ALL as advertised. The Beds were not what we had reserved. The staff gave us the accommodations that we had payed for online, but the rooms and beds were all smaller than advertised. We had booked a queen and King suite with two separate bedrooms and we were given a Double and two twin beds. The Rooms were very tiny without room to turn around in, the Bathroom sink Flooded up out of the floor drain if you ran the water for more than 8 seconds. The water in the shower had no...

"We had big payment issues since the hotel denied any relation with Expedia and wanted us to pay again. Then the rooms were dilapidated. Missing TV and the shower was giving electric shock. The first cottage didn't even have water. Also breakfast was below standard of the room rate."
