"Great location hotel opposite eternal flame. Very walkable to all the sights of Sarajevo. Would have been good to know that reception is on the 9th floor, I arrived after a long trip late at night to find nothing and no one at the front of the hotel so panic set in. Luckily a cleaner arrived to inform me. Room was basic, some dodgy wiring but nothing that puts me off. "The property is modern, clean and functional. The location isn't bad if you don't mind a 10 minute walk to the old town. I would've liked better bedding and sheets, but everything else was fine.
