"Staff was attentive and friendly - made sure we had all the relevant info - I was celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special with an in room sweet treat - hotel is located in one of the best spots of the city - easy walk to almost anywhere - covered parking in the scc center and the hotel has valet. Breakfast had a lot of options both traditional Bosnian and some intercontinental /American type breakfast options - rooms were very nice and I would have to stay very nice and best hotel...

"I would not recommend this hotel for winter travel as it is not in the old town area and that's pretty much the only place you want to walk around in winter. The hotel is about a 20 min. walk to old town and the roads were icy. The hotel personnel (except in the breakfast room) were not very helpful and were slow. The hotel was comfortable however I felt as though I was staying in a ghost town hotel."

"I had a great stay at the Hotel Old Town. My room was extremely clean and very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure, got hot immediately, and they don't have those terrible showers where the doors don't close and you get water all over the floor. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a nice variety and good quality. Plus the location can't be beat."
