"When i had stayed there was a hot water issue during the morning and midday on the 6th floor as i stayed in 604, this was resolved by the night time. Although the staff were very kind and respectful also had no control over this and i was told it was the council that had been doing maintance work, there wasnt really any type of compensation for this.Just told to wait it out. There was no mention of an issue when i had checked in that day either."

"We were in a habitat room which was really big, comfy beds, wardrobe to store our bags and good bathroom. There were minimal cups and cutlery in the kitchen area. The design of the rooms and hallways were fabulous. Bar and restaurant great, although breakfast ended at 9.30am should be extended out. The girls on reception were young and nice enough, provided basic minimal customer service which comes with that generation. Apart from that we enjoyed out stay."
