"Staff was pleasant and its very modern which my family and I enjoyed. The lot is literally across the street and the penthouse view is gorgeous. I really enjoyed the gym and i loved how responsive staff is to texting Whatever I needed I received right away. If I want to stay in the DC area again I will be visiting Arlo. Thanks for a great time"

"Very clean and fun for the efficient traveller. The staff is incredible: friendly, helpful, kind, always available day and night! Only bar in the area open late for all of us on an earlier timezones. Used the gym couple times--towels and water available there. Rooms are compact--great for one, snug for two unless you get one of their larger rooms. The ipad control of the room is fantastic. On demand hot water in the sink and shower. I would stay here again."

"The staff were wonderful and the location couldn’t be beat. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have booked this hotel again for my next trip to DC. My only complaint is that on the Monday morning of our stay there were very noisy sanitation and other service vehicles outside our window starting at about 5:30 am. It was steady loud noise for at least the next hour and a half. I wasn’t able to get back to sleep. I will ask not to have a room facing the alley on my next stay."
