"Met all expectations and more. Rather comfy bed and pillows. Little dusty in room and a little noisy given it was top floor yet could hear people in car park clear as day. "

"We stayed in an executive room, just myself and my 9 year old son, for one night whilst visiting friends and family in Ulverstone. I would highly recommend staying in the executive rooms as they are much newer and don’t seem to have some of the issues of the older rooms. We never had any trouble. We had babies in both rooms beside us and never heard any noise all night. The rooms have been nicely renovated with a good shower, large tv, new AC unit and comfortable beds. Check in/check out...

"Franklin Manor was a beautiful historic house. It was a short walk into Strahan along the waterfront. Thomas, the manager and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included, was beautifully presented & delicious. "

"Lovely hotel with a nice view of Stanley. From the hotel, it’s about 5mins drive into the town centre. The room I had was a good size with enough furniture, however, only cups were provided, no plates or bowls. The reception only opened until 6pm, however there is an emergency mobile number provided on the recorded message. I called the emergency mobile number and was able to arranged for late arrival, very helpful staff."
