"This is a beautiful location and the hotel is very nicely decorated. There is a restaurant on site that is always bustling with guests. The views are fantastic both day and night. It us fun watching the float planes take off and land, but it gets a bit noisy as one would expect planes to be. It would be hard for me to come back to Victoria and stay at any other hotel. "

"The view from our room was beautiful. Food was delicious in the onsite restaurant, bed was comfortable too. They needed to have done some spring cleaning as there was moss & weeds growing on our patio. We were placed in the room right under the stairs to the restaurant and the backside of the elevator, not sure why when the place wasn’t at full capacity. "

Situated atop a beautiful view, you have access to a great restaurant on site, and option for a soaker tub (try it-with the view it's perfection!) the beds are so comfortable (a must) and the staff are next level. "I was able to call morning-of and ask if I could check in early since I would be in the area 2 hours ahead of schedule. They were able to accommodate this, and were very prompt with their help! The suite itself was nice with a sink, dish washer, a washer/dryer for clothes, a nice bathroom, a bed, and a couch with a pull-out bed as well! The only downside for this was the pull-out bed in the couch didn't have a blanket for it, and there was no extra bedding in the suite. This didn't end up being...

"It was such a nice stay for our first time in Victoria. The staff was always so friendly and serviceable. We really enjoyed having a tiered breakfast every morning, and now have become tea lovers! The inn is in a great location that makes it easy to walk to and from places in the bay and is a reasonable distance from Chinatown and downtown. The only downside of our stay was that there was construction going on outside our window on our last full day. It was a bit noisy and woke us up but overall...
