"Hot summer August days and no AC!!! We arrived at 5pm on Friday tired and hungry ready to cook a meal to spend the evening relaxing for our busy next day. Entering the house we felt the heat and checked the AC that read 85 degrees, but was set to 65, so we knew it wasn’t working. I called support and they recommended several things to do that did not work. Then they send a maintenance guy that arrived an hour later and who clearly couldn’t fix anything because all he did was change the filter...

"1 month prior to arrival, a surprise bill comes from the owners. They claimed it as a fee to recover what VRBO charges them. I contacted VRBO and they assured me this was not an appropriate fee and the owners should refund it to me immediately. Never saw that refund, used as leverage as it was a 0% refund cancellation policy. Basement was listed as finished but had roughed in carpet, creating tripping hazards everywhere. Property manager had to tell us there was flooding. No reduced price for...
