"Everything was great. Everyone was nice and the room service was excellent. The only thing that did irritate me was not being able to connect to Chromecast. So we made due and had watched live Tv or purchased a movie. But other than that everything was excellent! "

"It was nice and convenient for me, but shower rod was falling down so taking a shower was not recommended and dish washer was not attached to anything so when I opened the door, it came out and couldn't really be loaded. A little maintenance is needed on some of the rooms...."

"I like the Briargate area. The hotel is mid update but alot of it was pretty run down. Our shower faucet leaked everywhere. Almost every light fixture and everything else on the walls were crooked. There's just a lot of shotty workmanship throughout the hotel. Room size is better than the hilton nextdoor for the same price this is my choice in the area."
