"I stayed at this property with my two cousins to celebrate our 40th birthdays. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and would definitely recommend this place to others. Location We stayed for three full days and the location was central to all of our activities which included: zip lining in the royal gorge, touring wind cave, and hiking garden of the gods. "My fiancé and I stayed here for a night. It was very fairly price and the host was so easy to communicate with. Gave us great advice where to visit even refunded us a night that we couldn’t stay due to upcoming circumstances. It was a last minute request and refunded us in whole. The place was cozy and perfect temperature. Not one single complaint from me!"

"The home is in a nice area and the lower level is really well decorated. While we did not spend mucb time there I felt safe while staying. Kelly did a great job of communicating with us throughout the week. 10/10"

"Steve and Ann really went out of their way to make sure we felt right at home. The location of this house was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs and still felt like we were away from the city life. Thank you for making our fall break full of many happy memories!"

"The little apartment was even better than described. Kelley was communicative, friendly, and kind. She made sure we had everything we needed and welcomed our dogs. It was cozy, comfortable, and warm (especially as it snowed while we were there.) This was our first experience staying somewhere other than a hotel and because of Kelley and how she took care of us, we will do it again--and definitely stay here again. Thank you Kelley!! :-)"

"The location was in an average neighborhood, but very convenient (and safe). We rent properties very often and this one was the best equipped we have ever rented. Not just great new equipment but basic ingredients, soaps (even for dishwasher and washing machine), towels, cookware, utensils to cook and eat, plates, bowls, cups, etc. Easy to check in and check out. Almost perfect!"

"The house was very spacious and furniture very comfortable. Kitchen was very nice and easy to cook in. Loved the supplies the owner provided. Abundant towels provided which was so nice. My son lives in the area so we will be returning in a few months and staying at another property of this owner. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND and would stay here again if it were available. Chad is excellent and so easy to communicate with. "
