I didn’t even stay here I pulled up and saw the condition of the property and left I don’t know why this property is even offered on Expedia. They charged me the $166.00 and i didn’t even stay there best money I’ve spent keeping my family safe.

We stayed here for a week of softball tournaments. Checking in was easy the staff was friendly and the check in lady even let us change in a bathroom since we tried checking in early and our room wasn’t ready. There were flyers everywhere apologizing about the renovations and the hotel looked very very outdated and what I thought dirty. When we were able to check in to our room we bought cleaning products to clean our room and surprisingly it was very clean I still did my best to sanitize everything since I have a little one. The first day there was trash piled up in the trash container after days went by it seemed that the trash was getting worse to where there were piles and piles of trash outside the trash container. We stayed for a week and the trash just seemed to get worse attracting homeless people to it. Breakfast was always the same thing scrambled eggs, sausage links, cereal, or bread. It not once changed. There was a room a few rooms away from ours that was missing the lock and was blocked off it was just a very sketchy place overall. I figured out by day two that there were no renovations being made and the flyers were just as an excuse for the condition of the place. The workout/fitness area was just a treadmill and a machine in a very small closet looking room. The staff did their best with what they were working with but that place needs some serious work done.

Men’s bathroom in the lobby had the doors removed from the stalls. They had also removed the lock from the main bathroom door so that nobody could close the door. The women’s bathroom was perfectly intact.

The whole place is falling apart! Everything was either broken or falling apart! Lots of nasty stains on the toilet and bathtub! Very gross smell! And the breakfast person was so rude and didn’t refill the coffee! Pool and hot tub was broken and full of trash and rotting water! Probably why it stinks in the place! Very expensive for the price!!!

WARNING, DO NOT STAY HERE! THIS HOTEL IS DISGUSTING THERE WAS BLOOD ON THE WALLS AND THE MATTRESS WAS FILTHY! WE TOOK ONE LOOK AND LEFT IMMEDIATELY! THE STAFF WAS TERRIBLE AND WOULDN'T HELP US WHEN WE CHECKED OUT RIGHT AWAY! THIS PLACE REMINDS ME OF A CRIME SCENE WAITING TO HAPPEN! SEVERAL ROOMS DON'T EVEN HAVE LOCKS! THEY ASKED ME FOR MY PLATES INFO WHEN WE CHECKED IN BECAUSE THE AREA HAS SO MUCH CRIME! THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE EVER!!!!

The bed was comfortable. However there was no comforter on the bed. The TV did not work as the remote needed new batteries. When asked the front desk for new batteries was told they didn’t have any and only options were to change rooms or go with no TV. The only ice machine was on the first floor. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, very limited options, cereal but no milk, food but no drinks and food was cold.

While this hotel sits in an area that is nice overall, this particular facility was tucked back and felt unsafe. The rooms were very outdated. The flooring was buckling from previous water damage. The furniture was old & damaged. I could have found garage sale furniture in better condition. The internet & tv didn’t work. The bed & bedding was acceptable though.
