"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect between two towns. The room was so lovely, so many personal touches which makes such a difference :) Rich has a list of recommendations and places to see which was very helpful. we also tried the spa facilities which were fantastic! "I had an excellent stay at Ellerbrook House. It’s conveniently located a block away from the Windermere High Street. I was able to walk into town every night with a great choice of local cafes, restaurants and pubs. My room was fantastic. To my surprise I had what looks like a new but very large bed. My room was completely renovated. New bathroom fittings good water pressure. I was on the top floor and found it very quiet at night and it was well heated. My room was made up every day...
