"The 1st room i was given was horrible. The paneling in the room was broken and peeling. They gave me another room and then just as i was settling in they told me they had to move me to another room. The room they gave was extremely hot 26 C I could not control the temperature in my room. I was told that 26C was normal. They gave me a fan. The staff were useless. Though the cleaning staff did NOT take out the trash before I arrived (there was already rubbish in the bin when I entered) and previous occupant’s hair was found in multiple places.
