"Perfect 10!!! Everything about this place and its location and surrounding area is a perfect 10! In house Onsen is amazing and the staff are very very very helpful and accomodating. Our japanese style room was very pretty and comfortable."

"Great place to stay. Decent size room. Only complain is that the website says theres a kitchen in the lounge but it's actually just a microwave and oven (same as in the room). You have to go to the lounge yourself to fetch drinking water which is quite inconvenient. "

Second, if you have back problems, the accommodation might be uncomfortable, because the seat thing is at floor level. I requested a table and a chair, but they didn’t have a high enough table. I found that surprising. The meals are fantastic and the staff are extremely polite."

"I like the traditional feeling of the inn. The room had lots of space and the staff was super friendly and spoke english. Two point i found negative was the fact that to be able to shower you have to reserve a slot in the osen and also you will have to walk uphill from the train station."
