"First time staying at a traditional German Guesthouse. For a property of it's age, and the small number of staff, the property was immaculate and very well equippped. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were huge, comfortable and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. There were lounge areas full of curiosities for you to relax. The spa was lovely. We ate at the restaurant for a traditional German dinner and had a lovely breakfast as well. The meal was served by a...

"Sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr gepflegt, schön gestaltete Zimmer, sehr aufmerksames Personal, feinste Leckereien aus der Küche, jedem Wunsch wird entsprochen vom "Kissenmenü" bis zur Speisekarte, das ist Gastronomie mit Leidenschaft! Ein traditioneller Familienbetrieb mit Anspruch auf Perfektion, das ist das Beste, was einem Gast widerfahren kann. Weiter so und vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit dort. Wir kommen gerne wieder! "

Comfy, central, hospitable + memory foam pilllw!

"One of the best Pullman hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not only it’s very central, they provide you with free public transport for your stay (apparently a lot of hotels in Basel do this), their service was warm and friendly, they provide you with bottles of still and sparkling water! Also memory foam pillows! Which was what I needed after a long day! "
