"Parking was 24€ per day and breakfast was also roughly 24€ per person so even though the price for the stay was reasonable, the after costs were relative to a more expensive hotel, closer to the cathedral. It was a nice hotel though and staff were really nice! We would stay closer to the Cathedral next time because there were more food options closer and walking back was a bit tiring after a long day out. Al"

The spa was confusing not knowing how to get around it from our room and we were not told we could access the breakfast restaurant through the sauna area and walked completely around the block, in the cold, to eat breakfast. "Lovely hotel. 10 mins walk from HBF train station. In busy area but at the end of it so very quiet. Room comfort good and got upgraded to suite with Expedia gold status. Very strange though that you had to wait until exactly 3pm to check which made the 3pm shift start busy while the morning person did nothing. Odd bar never had a bartender? Overal nice and would definitely stay again if I was in the area. "
