We had an issue with our bathroom this stay, which would have been obvious when the bedroom was cleaned after the previous guests left. Havent used the spa or sporting facilites, but they look good if you need a gotel with these features. The price to stay is always very reasonable."

"We checked in yesterday, check in was great, room is great and view of the cruise ship as requested which is a bonus. Went to the bar in the evening, my husbands card was declined 4 times with no reason, tried my card again same thing happened, it was a issue with the card machine, no apology was just laughed off even when husband said that did no good for my heart condition, this then happened to others whilst we were having our drinks. "
