"We stayed 2 nights. Booking and check-in couldnt have been easier. The apartment is in a great location and had everything we needed for our short stay. It was clean and tidy, with good heating and hot water. The shower was powerful, and the bed was comfy. "The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. "No inner springs left in the mattress, certainly was not 17m2. Very few appliances to cook with, needs a microwave as everything you buy can only be heated with a microwave, but wouldn’t know where to put it as the apartment was too small…."

"Nice property in lovely location and suited us well for our short stay. Well kitted out with everything you need. Two downfalls 1. We had completely underestimated the number of steps both to the property and once in the property. 2. Nothing to do with the property but the local road works were difficult to navigate. In fact put The Met into your Sat Nav not the property postcode then follow your written instructions otherwise you may find yourself going round in endless circles. We would stay...

"Great stat for the one night. Stayed while visiting for the Southampton marathon and the place was great, room was clean and spacious with all amenities provided. Made use of all facilities in room and nothing we needed was missing. Had a wonderful night sleep in a super comfortable bed, and what makes it even better is that they are dog friendly and our little companion seemed to love it too"

Lovely staff in a lovely building

"Stayed for one night but paid for a fortnight's parking while we went on a cruise. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The only slight issues were low shower pressure and steep stairs which were difficult for our elderly relatives."

"Overnight stay with work. Friendly staff throughout, clean and tidy everywhere. Used the gym, pool and sauna, all excellent. Great nights sleep in a comfy bed. Nice buffet breakfast. Only small criticism is the evening meal and service could be better."
