"Hotel itself was great, and the room was well appointed. Unfortunately the surrounding streets are a building site at the moment so it’s noisy and hard to navigate. The staff member in training when we checked in told us we had breakfast, but we weren’t on the list in the morning which was a little embarrassing. The shower also wasn’t draining properly, so the bathroom floor flooded while showering, which wasn’t ideal."

"Absolute lovley place. Was the first time weve stayed in a Clayton hotel and wouldnt be the last. I made a mistake of thinking i booked a early check in when i didnt, receptionist said it wasnt a problem and still give us a room 4 hours earlier than the check in time. Hotel itself and the rooms are absolutly immaculate as is the decor. ALL the staff there very friendly no matter what the time was. Great place made bettee by wonderful staff. "

"Previous visit superb. This stay had loose bathroom floor tiles , marked floor covering and a wardrobe light that stayed on all the time. Ouse from the sky bar could be heard in the 1st floor which affected sleep"

"Fab hotel for a trip to Glasgow. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful during our three night stay. The room had everything we needed and we loved the eco touches like the water refill station. It served us as a great hub during our stay and the location was perfect, within walking distance of most things and the train and subway stations are 5-10 mins walk should you wish to go further afield. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Glasgow! "

"We frequently use this hotel as it’s the best by far for service , always friendly on arrival, rooms always spotless. Food is absolutely outstanding and the spa? Well this is why we return, have been to a lot of hotels with spas but this one is by far the best, great it’s open late for adults so you can use before or after dinner and the staff here are the best staff I have came across.
