"Wow! Just the place to stay if visiting Lucern - transportation to and from city is complimentary. The hotel is on the water and has all the facilities. The hospitality is top notch. What made our stay totally memorable is our interaction with Vanessa at the front desk. Any company would be so fortunate to have an employee like Vanessa. We loved out stay. "

"This hotel was nice and walkable to train station. Limited dining options outside of hotel and if you want to go anywhere, you have to go on a train ride. Really not a 4 star hotel. "

"The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "
