"Staff were friendly. I arrived quite late so didn't have much time at the hotel. Could do with a little more upkeep but that kind of thing doesn't bother me. Bedroom was at the end of a long twisty turny corridor, up and down steps etc which was fine for me but not for elderly or mobility issues. Room was cosy. "A really lovely hotel. The room was spotless with really stylish decor and everything you could need for your stay. Free drinks, tea, coffee and snacks. A really comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet in the room as it overlooked the street. Breakfast was very good. Great coffee. Staff so friendly and attentive. I was travelling alone and felt really safe and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!"

"Enjoyable stay ; the staff make this hotel with their attentive and helpful approach. My room and bed were comfortable and warm. There were issues with the shower ( too hot ) which were sorted out by staff. Had dinner and breakfast - both good, tasty food. I was disappointed not to be able to have a swim as part of my stay at the hotel. The website i booked on tells potential customers that there is a charge for breakfast but does not say that there is a charge to use the pool / spa. Thank you...
