"Very cool rooms and great location. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The Nimman area is see definitely tourist friendly and very safe even at night. The only complaints that make it a 4 star review are that our room was very musty, had very little light, and the bathroom doors were broken; as well as the breakfast buffet was kind of sparse."

"The communications with this hotel were exceptional! They were quick to keep me posted on issues at airport, and went above and beyond to pick us up late in the evening and check us in. The staff members were wonderful, and the free breakfast was delightful. It is unfortunate that we were heading out the next day since the pool and surrounding areas were inviting.
