"The hotel is in impeccable condition. The service was great. We upgraded to the Level program and it was worth every penny. We had wonderful full breakfasts and tapas at night. The staff was Helmand friendly. "

"Lovely traditional hotel with friendly, very helpful staff in a fabulous location close to bus and taxi stations. Less than 10 mins by bus to Plaza del Duque in the centre river or Triana bridge for €1.40 on buses 13 or C4. Excellent breakfast choice. Only negatives are the pool was closed even though is was 30+⁰ and the shower was quite poor. Despite these we would highly recommend and wouod stay here again. "

"This place was jaw dropping. Just poking around the entire hotel was a lot of fun. My wife and I loved it. Very comfortable bed and quiet. Convenient location. "

"A beautiful space in the midst of a renovation. The staff were okay, some more accommodating than others. A smile and a nod can go a long way to bridge a language barrier. It was great to have a shuttle to the metro but it would have been nice to know that when I checked in."
