Sadly, I came when the fog had descended on the area so I couldn't see the stunning views, but I have been to the area numerous times and know they are breathtaking. I loved that the Epesses train stop was 3 minutes from the hotel (be aware there are a lot of steps to get there). I had to talk with the front desk several times for personal reasons and they were nothing short of magnificent and helpful. The place was so clean and had...

"A nice university hotel for visitors to Lausanne, but a bit sterile and the suites lack a dividing wall. Rooms are very upscale, but the dinner menu is rather limited (yet everything I tried was fantastic). Hard spot to reach, and you need some sort of vehicle toget from here to anywhere else."
