The AC does not turn on because it is cooler times, no choice but need to open the semi balcony door for cool air / circulation however bugs will come in. Closed to the hotel there are many designer boutiques (luxury clothing brands), also behind the hotel there is a cable care for going up to the train station. If you are coming to Lugano by train, you just take the cable car for going down the city center. Regarding hotel staff, they are very decency and friendly."

"Our stay at the Villa Clementina was spectacular. This villa is owned by the sweetest family (Barbara and Remo). When staying here we felt as though we were apart of the family.
