"Lovely welcome package - helpful guide from the owner and beautiful views. Comfortable sleeping for seven guests and good cooking appliances and cutlery. Lots to do in area and close to boat hire and water sports hire places. Good restaurants nearby in Sorico. The natural spring is quite challenging to get to but a good adventure. No complaints - would recommend! "

"The property is located at a quiet smaller hillside town along Lake Como with 2 daily ferries. We were impressed by the cleanness, how roomy the house was, and the unbeatable view of the lake with the mountain backdrop from the balconies. The house had everything needed for our short stay. The local grocery store is a 3-min drive down the mountain and the nearby restaurant served fresh Italian pasta and pizza. "The property is spectacularly situated, but is somewhat difficult to find, one has to cross the neighbours’ ground to approach. The appartment was reasonably tidy, but the furniture needs refurbishment. The lower compartiment is used for storage of garden equipment and is severely smelling (fuel damps of the grassmower) and can therefore not be used as a sleeping facility. The swimming pool was clean."

"We chose Ca' Mia for our brief visit to the Lake Como area largely because it's location suited our anticipated day trip plans. Access to the Menaggio and Cadenabbia ferry stations was very convenient and allowed us to get back and forth across Lake Como both with and without our vehicle. We also enjoyed visiting Villa Carlotta which was very close to Ca' Mia. The rental property is tucked into a residential section on the side of the hills above Menaggio so there is no view of Lake Como from...

"Spettacolare!!! It doesn't get any better than this. Wonderful house in a great location. The views are unmatched! But what is even better is the service from the hosts. You are treated like VIPs from the minute you book the property until you hand over the keys at the end. It was luxury and comfort at its finest. My family and I loved our experience at Casa Marina. Die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt und die Aussenausstattung lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen draussen ein. Sehr netter, zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Es ist möglich vom Ferienhaus aus direkt die verschiedenen Wandermöglichkeiten zu erkunden. Wir verbringen gerne wieder einmal unsere Ferien in diesem Haus."

"Es hätte in der Beschreibung stehen sollen das man das Ferienhaus mit dem Auto nicht erreichen kann und das es doch einige Treppen gibt, größtenteils ohne Handläufe. Das war speziell für mich da ich nicht gut zu Fuß bin nicht lustig. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und Charm. Im Bad müsste mal im Duschbereich was unternommen werden. Wenn man von von bemängelten Sachen absieht war es noch ein Schöner Aufenthalt"
