"Easy check in, great breakfast selection. Parking on sight and rooms were nice and spacious. Some renovations are needed as our bathroom wasn’t in the greatest condition and the shower door was hanging off. Not soaps provided, I bring my own but if anyone doesn’t. Decent kitchenette size. I didn’t like that rooms are located next to outdoor exits and easy enough for people to access even though they are located. It is a little ride to the hotel from the highway. "If you value beauty and tranquility then this is your place. Hotel La Palma was gorgeous. The staff were great and friendly. The location was perfect, you are able to see the coastline and the mountains. It is conveniently located near the train station so if you’d like to go into a busier area you have that option. My accommodation included complementary breakfast and it was so good! It had a lot to offer which was nice. "

"It's a very nice hotel however the location is not really pretty. It is next to the local train station which i very useful as the hotel provides a free public transport pass for the whole of the region. The hotel lacked a menu for massage services for the SPA, which was a bit disappointing. "

"We had the penthouse suite and it was amazing. The view is incredible and the suite is large with a big balcony accessible from both the master bedroom and the sitting room. The second bedroom was on the smaller side. The only odd thing was only a standing shower in the master but a great larger bathroom for the second bedroom.
