"Nice hotel close to the Paradiso station from where we took trains to Italy for the day Neat clean rooms , Breakfast spread was good all 4 days, but no variations to the menu Helpful staff & receptionist "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Rosa. The staff we extremely helpful, providing excellent tips for dinner and even booking tables for us. All of which were within a 10 minute walk. They even went above and beyond by helping me print tickets for an event. The room, for a family of 4, had a spacious layout and the view was very impressive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, more than meeting our expectations. "

"When we stayed there the fire escape was blocked and various items were stored in the fire escape and the fire doors failed to close automatically. I brought this up to the attention of the facility and they corrected everything right away except the fire doors closing. Hopefully the fire doors automatically close now otherwise I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel."

"The room that we had and at the price we paid for it was extremely small… We did have a balcony with a beautiful view however, the room was extremely small, and the bed was hard as a rock. Also, in the bathroom, the shade In the bathroom was sheer and did not provide any privacy. "

"Fantastic end to our week touring north Italy. Spa facilities were brilliant and it was lovely to share them with our children Room was spacious with a large balcony. Only downside was pool and spa closed on Monday's until 3 but apart from that great! Breakfast was lovely too with a wide selection of things to choose from- something for everyone "

Ample parking, large space for big cars and free compared to our last hotel that charged 11 euro per night for an awful garage. Love the sumptuous breakfast with plenty of healthy choices. In the evening, there's happy hour kind of snacks which are delicious. Hotel is clean and room spacious. Could have given them 6*"
