"The staff is wonderful. Everyone is kind and attentive. However, the property is not at the V&A waterfront. We had to take an uber to/from the V&A waterfront everyday to get to the better restaurants and shopping. For that reason, I wouldn’t stay at this property again. It’s just too far away from the action in my opinion. But if you’re looking for a safe and clean place to stay, this would be a great option. Also, the breakfast every morning is free and it’s really good! "

"The hotel was in a great location and was fanastic. Despite being only a 15 minute walk into the waterfront, there is a shuttle that can be used free of charge every hour. Drinks and food was very good and good pricing. "

Mpumbi and Andre worked to resolve it. The 1-bedroom deluxe (with Balcony) was spacious. The included breakfast option was good as well, but the Hotel's best asset is their staff."
