"The area around the convention center and crypto arena looks safe. In the center of the city, but need more than 10min walk to decent restaurants and shopping places. The rooms are small but designed properly to make use of the limited spaces. Rooms around the 8th floor entertainment area can be a bit noisy at night. Staff are helpful. "

"Overall good stay. Did not like that room was right over lobby area and could hear people talking late at night and early morning. Would have liked to know that parking was an extra charge of $24 per night. No continental breakfast which is pretty standard for other Ayres properties. Also surprising to see that the water bottle in the room was not complimentary and would have cost $4. Extra charges would make me not want to book here again despite a comfortable enough stay."

"Overall, I have been waiting to stay at this hotel for a while. It was great in the lobby. The staff was great and excellent! The room was good. However, the bathroom light in the shower was not working, Nor the fan in the bathroom either so it made it stuffy after taking a shower. We did notice that he could hear outside the window from somewhere when I checked the window. It was not able to be locked and it opened about 5 -10 inches. When I tried to close it, the seal would not keep it shut,...
