"The hotel is modern and plain, but it’s on the edge of many tourist places for a better price. Externally the neighborhood feels safe enough, but not intriguing, but a short walk or bus ride gets you many places. Lovely staff, and a connected restaurant with Indian or typical food available. "The hotel is very close to the airport within walking distance. Even then they still provide a shuttle every 20 minutes to the terminal. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room looked good, however either smelt of mould or cigarettes (really strong smell). I would have complained but we checked in at 23:00 and left at 04:00 due to an extremely delayed flight. I also knew they had overbooked (heard at the front desk) so not point asking for a different room."

"The charm of this hotel was evident in its appearance, public spaces and position. My room was perfectly adequate for a single traveller and had a spectacular view over the Village of Dean. I found all the staff I dealt with particularly friendly and helpful. There was only a limited bar menu for evening eating in. Plenty of dining choices within walking distance."

"Upon arrival we entered hotel to find, what we thought was the reception, closed. We pressed a buzzer but nobody appeared. We looked up and down the hallway but found no staff. At this point I have two really excited children with me who are starting I worry they won’t get in. We decide to cross the car park and ask at the restaurant, where we stood waiting for staff at the sign stating wait here to be served. Still nobody approached us so we went to the bar where the lady informed us...
