"Location for my event and amenities were great. Only thing which spoilt the stay was a broken bath/shower tap. Reported on the day arrival, no attempt made to fix it so had to take matters into my own hands and tape it up to stop it running or I would of had no sleep with a constant running water "

We were above the main entrance to the hotel and did have the noise and vibration of the door shutting but it wasn't that bad. It is within walking distance of shopping centres and supermarkets which was really convenient. There was plenty of free parking. It felt secure as the access was locked anyone without a room key. "Rooms are located across the pub. Convenient location with parking facility and pub for a really good meal. Room was clean and looked really nice. Perfect for what we needed as a family. "

"The staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble, breakfast was massive full Scottish, brill. Rooms were great, not 5 star but were comfy and clean. Atmosphere at the sands was great, locals are very friendly and I would defo book again, hats of to the hard working staff."

"Great location and ease of access, it was easy to park and the room was lovely with well stocked with refreshments. The road it is on has a spar for anything else you need and also a coffee shop and other restaurants/take aways. Although we only stayed for one night for a concert at Hampden park the travel links where great from here and already thinking of a longer trip up here and will definitely book to stay here when we do."

"This hotel has closed down and hasn’t notified Expedia or any other agent and is still taking bookings on their own website directly. Expedia gave me shocking customer service when I raised this with them. I spent 2 hours on the phone trying to get them to believe me. Total disaster. Avoid Expedia at all costs. "
