"From the time we stepped inside the hotel to the day we left we couldn’t have been more pleased and so happy with our stay. We had an upgrade to the Mansion and wow what an upgrade! It was absolutely marvellous. The Manager ‘Charlie’ was amazing, so knowledgeable about the history of the hotel and area. The staff were amazing the bar and restaurant were great.
