"Our stay at this property was very pleasant. The queen size bed was quite firm but everything else was right up there. Very spacious walkways in the hotel, and the pool and spa were great. The reception staff were very helpful. Would be happy to book again. "

"Was disappointed with the restaurant closing so early especially as it was Christmas week. Hotel did not appear anywhere near full and yet our room overlooked the car park, would have been nice to have a view of the river as that is the main attraction "

"Great comfy bed, great service. Bathroom drain is strange as it runs from the shower directly into the rest of the bathroom and under the shower door which restricts the floor towel but otherwise wonderful."

"Overall great location for walking into the city. Kids loved the pool facilities. Rooms were a great size however the bathrooms could really do with an update/decent scrub. Walls were defiantly not soundproof as noted on the booking website with a loud TV next door on til late."

"Thank you for a wonderful stay! My friends and I booked 2x two bedroom apartments for one night to celebrate my birthday. The hotel bent over backwards to make us welcome. We were allowed to check in a little earlier, they provided apartments next to one another, they upgraded us to two bathroom apartments, they left a personalised card and bottle of wine for my birthday, and they let us check out a little later too! "Fantastic hotel, perfectly located a 5 minute easy walk to Murdoch train and bus station, with great service from staff, especially at breakfast. Room very quiet, with modern design meaning the aircon is virtually silent in the room but works fantastically. Breakfast option with the room outstanding value, with quality food cooked perfectly and delivered by polite and friendly staff. Improvements - the in-room fridge temperature is pre-set and cannot be changed, but was set to about 6 Celcius...
